The Communications Ministry is responsible for ensuring that the
activities, policies and programs of the Church are communicated in a
concise and consistent manner through the Phoenix—our parish newsletter—as well as mailings,
seasonal brochures, etc. Members assist in the writing and production
of the Phoenix, promote Church activities to the local media, design
signs and banners, edit special mailings, manage parish information
technology and systems, and supervise and maintain the parish website.
Submit parish announcements for the website and the Sunday Bulletin. Announcements received Wednesday by noon will appear the following Sunday, otherwise, they will appear the week after that. Announcements will be posted to the website within two days.
Submit requests for "blast" emails that are sent to everyone on the Parish mailing list should be submitted to . Requests are considered on a case by case basis and will be sent out within a week of receiving the request, if appropriate.
Submit Phoenix articles. The Phoenix is published on the first and fifteen of the month. Articles should be submitted a week before publication.
