As Episcopalians, our common worship is defined by liturgy in various forms. At this year's diocesan convention, Bishop Budde worked with convention planners to reshape the agenda and flow of the meeting in the same cadence has our Sunday worship. Following this example, I would like to invite you to St. Thomas' parish annual meeting on Sunday, March 4, 2012 at 10 AM. As we have in the past, our we will combine our 9 AM and 11 AM services and meet "Together at Ten." If you regularly attend our Taize service, you are also welcome to join us!

Our annual meeting will include reports to the parish as the liturgy of the word. Our 2012 budget and elections of new officers and vestry members will form our prayers of the people. We will honor the work of outgoing committee chairs and vestry members as our offering of thanksgivings. We will end with Eucharist as our liturgy of the sacraments followed by our first pot-luck lunch of the year!

Nursery care will be provided and all are invited and encouraged to bring a special dish to share as we worship in community, honor our mission and ministry together and feast together with thanksgiving for all that we have and share.
