Traditionally, several committees including Inclusion, Parish Life, and Communications come together to host and support the many activities that make Pride Week a success at St. Thomas’. This year we wanted to open up the funding by listing our expenses and allowing Parishioners to make direct contributions to fund individual projects.

Wear Red This Sunday

This Sunday is Pentacost. St. Thomas' will be celebrating two baptisms. It is traditional to wear red on Pentacost to represent the action of the Holy Spirit on the Sunday in which we celebrate his descent upon the Apostles and other followers of Jesus as described in the Book of Acts, Chapter 2.

Beginning Sunday, May 25, Memorial Day Weekend, and running through August 31, Labor Day weekend, there will only be one Sunday morning service, at 10:00am and the Taizé Eucharist at 5:00pm. The 9:00am and 11:00am Sunday morning schedule will resume on Spetember 7.

Vivid images will be projected directly on the Cathedral, sunset to midnight, illustrating its mission of reconciliation, spotlighting its role as a spiritual beacon for the nation, and proclaiming hope for all humankind.

The Society of St. Thomas’ Formation Picnic

Society of St. Thomas'You are invited to a party/cookout on June 21st at 6:00 p.m. at the home of Louie Stewart and John Carter. This gathering is for parishioners who are forty years of age or over. We will do the meats and you bring the sides. We hope that this will lead to the formation of a new group of parishioners who can get together from time-to-time to socialize and share our stories. Please let us know if you will be attending by emailing us.
