It's written about in our bulletins and spoken of during announcements. It even warranted an entire sermon of devotion. Yep, you guessed it, our call to Stewardship. Time to whip out the checkbooks and bite the bullet to keep our church alive. Stewardship; however, is not a once a year event. Along with your fiscal contribution, St. Thomas' also needs donations of your time and talents to our Committees and events that make our Parish life thrive! Did you know that your pledge to St. Thomas' qualifies for matching funds at many companies? Many employers will match charitable donations dollar for dollar others match at an even higher rate. So the value of your annual pledge to St. Thomas' can easily be doubled or even tripled. Our weekly team of ‘counters’ spend several hours, Sunday by Sunday in this largely invisible, respectfully quiet ministry, which is essential to the ongoing life of our community. Their work would be so much efficient, as the work of the rest of this spiritually-centered team, if they had the luxury of recording amounts with numbered envelopes.
